Masterwerk GmbH with headquarters in Munich, founder of German Center for Robotics DKR from Tuzla, celebrated its tenth birthday! We celebrated this jubilee in the best way we know, sharing our happiness with others.
We decided to bring joy to children from the Public Institution “Education for the upbringing and education of people with mental and physical disabilities” and in agreement with the director Damir Muratović, teachers and students selected a classroom to be renovated.
Thirty employees entered the classroom and renovated it for their friends from the Institute.
In this classroom, students spend two classes with their teachers in poor conditions where the ceiling was covered with old laminate, the roof leaked in one part, the floor was in a bad shape, the furniture deteriorated.
This was a challenge for Masterwerk’s team – to restore the shine in one day and make it as comfortable as possible for the students.
This project was also an opportunity for Masterwerk’s employees to get to know each other and feel the strength of a joint effort. Our award was a smile on the faces of children and their parents.
We hope that other socially responsible companies will start our way and through Team Building bring happiness to those who need it the most.
